Re: Pulled pork - drip pan?
Empty drip pan with an air gap between it and the platesetter. Foil balls are fine to create the gap, or copper pipe elbows. No liquid.4 · -

I never do that. Never heard of anyone else doing it either. Waste of lump. And the only mold I've ever had took three summer months out of town.3 ·
